He's the most affectionate cat imaginable; he loves to be loved, cuddled, stroked and snuggled with - if you weren't feeling well he'd brighten your day and stay by your side.
Dexter wasn't with us long before we discovered he wasn't well, after testing he was, in fact, FIV positive. However, it's not the end of the world nor is it the end of his life. He has responded far better than anyone expected and bounced back with a vengeance. His appetite perfect, he's demolishing everything put in front of him, and he's even gained weight.
There's no reason why he won't live a long happy, healthy life and as long as he's not with another cat, he can't harm a soul. He has such a huge personality and is such a people cat anyway I don't see that it matters!
To know him is to love him, come and meet him and see for yourself!
