Our extremely, small pretty puppy has come leaps and bounds in an incredibly short time; she’s amazed us all with her intelligence, bravado and confidence.
She came from a dead-end shelter having had almost zero human interaction. She arrived in a rainstorm with her brother who were both literally frozen with fear, drooling enough to fill a bucket.
Yesterday I heard that she now wears a collar & harness and though a bit nervous she will go onto the roof and walk around. She’s started playing with toys and her foster. She comes for head pats and belly rubs and she uses pee pads while learning to go outside.
All this has happened in under 2 weeks, I kid you not! It’s all due to the patience, consistent positive approach and so much love and hard work by the foster parents. You guys are amazing, you’ve given her a chance to shine and shine she will.
