RUFUS

We’re happy to share that Rufus is adopted!

Rufus’ adoption was a surprise of the absolute best kind! This gorgeous little kitten went into a foster home with Juno, our mad, full on crazy, now young adult. We really weren’t sure how this would go, however we know Juno’s family and they know Juno!

As expected, Juno wasn’t at all welcoming, in fact he was a hissy nightmare! After Rufus’ 7 days separation period he was allowed out to meet Juno himself. Fireworks? Alas not, little Rufus stood his ground and chased Juno and didn’t stop. WOW, we didn’t see that coming!

Since then they’ve been inseparable and play, chase and run round 22 hours a day and sleep 2 hours through exhaustion, probably!

Cats are generally happier with a cat pal. Juno is undoubtedly a different cat since his playmate arrived and his dad’s ankles and hands are no longer being bitten and shredded – happy days, happy cats!
