We’re happy to share that Kush is adopted!

Kush is an absolutely gorgeous cat with the saddest past (like most cats who come to us). One of 10 home bred and when things went South – loss of job and home – the cats had to go, and I believe they were given away. I just hope they were as fortunate as Kush, who landed on his paws.

We had a matter of hours to collect and move him before he was given up, like his parents and siblings. He had a great foster who went out of her way to help him at very short notice, and I mean, a couple of hours! She settled him in, worked at home, and pretty much gave up her time and routine to help him recover. He was pretty traumatised to say the least.

Today he’s the happiest cat you could imagine. Way to go Kush!

Did you know you can help a cat through sponsorship?

Sponsors help care for our cats until they’re homed. All our cats are given health checks, vaccinations, de-flea, worming, and a microchip. If needed, they are spayed or neutured. Some of our older cats need ongoing medication and more frequent vet visits.
