DENNIS

We’re happy to share that Dennis is adopted! 

Found on a hillside in Tai Po, little Dennis was likely saved thanks to his finder, Christine. Sadly, his sibling wasn’t willing to come out of hiding, and she wasn’t able to catch him or her.

Dennis weighed just 61 grams and was covered in fleas. He had to be syringe-fed until he was ready to eat on his own. This milestone came just days later—on the very day I handed him over to his new family. I gave him one last good feed by syringe and then placed the syringe in his bowl, leaving a bit of food on it. Dennis licked the syringe and then moved on to the food in the bowl. YAY—way to go, Dennis!

And with that, off he went to his new life and loving family. Thank you, Wayne, for saving this little soul.
