We’re happy to share that Parker and Peony are adopted!

Finally adopted by their foster—no upheaval or further stress, which is perfect, especially given the long road to recovery they’ve endured. Abandoned by a home breeder in shocking condition, both suffered from chronic cat flu that proved difficult to treat. Peony lost the sight in one eye, while Parker lost an eye entirely due to neglect.

What’s truly heartwarming is that they got to stay together, which surely helped them cope with the multiple vet visits, medications, and ongoing illness and discomfort.

Sponsors help care for cats until they’re homed. All our cats are given health checks, vaccinations, de-flea, worming, and a microchip. If needed, they are spayed or neutured. Some of our older cats need ongoing medication and more frequent vet visits.
