We’re happy to share that Betty is adopted!

Betty was the last of her litter to find a home. I was certainly one of her biggest fans, second only to her dad.

What sealed the deal was a night hike when Betty wandered off and her foster dad had a melt down when he couldn’t see or find her. When she finally made herself known, having chased a rat or a bird, the relief was overwhelming. Betty’s dad said there and then, “That’s it, she’s my dog and she’s staying”. It doesn’t get better than that. 🧡

Did you know you can help a dog through sponsorship?

Sponsors help care for dogs until they’re homed. All our dogs are given health checks, vaccinations, de-flea, worming, Heartgard, and a microchip. If needed, they are spayed or neutured. Some of our older dogs need ongoing medication and more frequent vet visits.
