Cuddly Dudley has gone to live with another 2 dogs - a Pug and another little one. The Pugs share a common trait - they're both a bit on the round side.
After a very short foster which was not at all successful, she went straight into a trial adoption and it went like a dream.
She came to us and left almost immediately - as expected we had to fight off her would be adopters with a stick haha.
This 3 month old pure GS girl was one of 11 pups, but she was born with only 3 feet.
Lovely girl was on a trial adoption, pushing the envelope as expected but loving her new home and the love she's receiving from the 2 girls.
We all secretly hoped she'd stay in her foster, especially with Poppy, her new big sister.
We are waiting for news from his foster too about his adoption. He had a rocky start because he just wouldn't eat his dog food - we discovered he'd been fed human food, pineapple cake actually .
Athena has become such a lovely young adult, as time moves on she relaxes more and more and is enjoying life at last.
The third of our dogs on trial and it's official, though no surprises.
This is her second home but we are all thrilled as she is far happier in this home with 3 other dogs to entertain and enjoy constant play time with.
Oh Bella, it makes me smile to say her name. I met her this morning on our walk and she is so very happy at last!
At our last adoption day, a guy nursing a broken heart decided a dog was the answer, and we all agreed Ben was.
He has settled into his new home, and no it wasn't easy, but it certainly was worth the wait because a happy, loving dog has emerged from that fearful giant we saw in June.
His foster mum went on holiday and had a good think about Bill and whether she could, or would, adopt him. Hooray, she came back with the right answer !!
This is lovely to see another of our little ones in a loving home, she's become someone's dog and best friend.
